This is day 2 of a two day bread class. In this class, we will meet to mix the dough, shape & bake the bread, and I will show you how to make bread crisps from the bread. Once you taste the bread crisps, you will want to make more of this bread just so you can have more crisps. In order to take this portion of the class you must attend the day 1 portion to make the bread starter. You only purchase a ticket to the day 1 event. That ticket will get you into both the day 1 and day 2 classes.
