“Our son absolutely loves the virtual classes with Bill the Baker.  His elementary school teacher had suggested baking as a math and reading enrichment activity during remote learning at the start of the pandemic. He just fell in love with baking and thinks that Bill is the best teacher. I am thrilled to be sharing Bill's baking class with my granddaughter. We've been taking lessons for the past year; all during cov-id and all on Zoom.

Bill is so patient with the children in explaining the various baking techniques to use - and just as important, the science behind the principles. Bill is also supportive of us as we navigate my granddaughter's other events competing with her schedule. My granddaughter thoroughly enjoys these baking classes; and her confidence has grown steadily.

Bill the Baker’s Advance Baking Class has been such a wonderful experience for my granddaughter. Her love of baking has grown, as has her confidence in the kitchen. Bill is such a patient and kind teacher and the kids adore him.

I appreciate the way Baker Bill sparks the kids creativity to make the recipes their own. He encourages them to adjust the recipes to meet their own tastes. He also teaches not only “how” of baking but “why”, explaining how different ingredients effect the outcome of each recipe.

These classes are a wonderful opportunity for me and my granddaughter to spend time together doing something we both love.
