This is day 1 of a two day bread class. In this class, we will make the bread starter for a wonderfully delicious cheesy bread called Asiago Parmesan Bread. In the day 2 portion of the class we will meet again to mix the dough, shape & bake the bread, and I will show you how to make bread crisps from the bread. Once you taste the bread crisps, you will want to make more of this bread just so you can have more crisps.
