Scali Bread was made famous by the Scali Family from Boston. It is an incredibly light bread that really goes well with a dinner that has any kind of sauce. It is also a great bread for toasting in the mornings or use it as a sandwich bread.

This is going to be a two day event. We meet briefly on day 1 just to mix the dough. Then we get back together the next day to shape and then bake the bread. You only need to purchase a ticket for the day 1 event. That same ticket gets you into both classes.
