Day 1 of Éclairs with Bill the Baker

In this day 1 portion of a two day class, we will make an amazing cream filling for your Éclairs called Tropez Cream. Then you will put the cream in your refrigerator for an overnight rest.

As always, you only purchase a ticket for the day 1 class. That ticket gets you into both the day 1 and the day 2 classes.
