This class is day 1 of a two day event - In this classs we will meet briefly to mix the dough, disconnect from Zoom and then let the dough ferment on the counter for two hours. Then we will reconnect for a few minutes to prepare the dough for an overnight fermentation. Remember you only need to purchase one ticket for this class to attend the 2 day event.
