In this day 1 portion of the class we will meet briefly to mix a bread starter called a Poolish. That starter will sit on your counter overnight developing flavor for your bread. Then we will meet again in the day 2 class to make and shape the dough and finally bake some delicious baguettes. You only need to purchase a ticket for the day 1 class. That ticket is your admission to both classes. Why not invite a friend to your house to make some baguettes with you. One ticket is for your kitchen, so no charge for your guests.
