This class will teach you the proper technique for a great pizza dough and how to fill and shape these hefty football-shaped rolls, perfect for those Sunday night football games. The best part is that they are freezer friendly - once you know the technique, they can become an easy regular part of your pizza party rotation. This class will meet briefly the first day to mix the dough, and then on Day 2 we will form and bake the Stromboli. Remember, you only purchase a ticket to the Day 1 event.
