This class is a two day event. On day 1, we will meet for about 30 minutes to make a bread starter. On day 1, we will meet for about 30 minutes to make a bread starter. Then on day 2, we will meet again and use that starter to make the final dough, including mixing, kneading, proofing, and baking. This wonderful bread is very versatile and is also perfect for sandwiches! You only need to register in the Day 1 class. Your Day 1 ticket will register you for Day 2.
