Gluten-free does not mean flavor-free! Good gluten-free recipes can be hard to find. These chocolate biscotti are just as good as a classic recipe and a perfect item to share at cookie exchanges, bring as hostess gifts, or just to keep that cookie jar full all month. This class will use almond flour to replace the traditional white flour while still building a crunchy texture. Even if you do not require gluten-free, no one will know the difference!
