French Beignets with Bill the Baker

I was introduced to Beignets years ago while visiting family members who were living in N’awlins. After my first bite I was hooked on these extremely light fried donuts that are covered in powdered sugar. Every time I bite into one it brings back wonderful memories of sitting across the table from my grandchildren who were also covered in powdered sugar after eating their beignets. I hope you too can make some great memories sharing these with someone special!
